The 2021 Hyperhidrosis (Hh) Master Class, Hyperhidrosis:  Comprehensive Review and Updates for Best Practices and Optimized Outcomes will take place Saturday, September 18th in Atlanta, Georgia. The International Hyperhidrosis Society is honored to be invited by the Atlanta Association for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery (AADDS) to deliver this one-of-a-kind, deep-dive educational event to members of AADDS as well as a few non-AADDS clinicians — provided they are super quick to register now*!

*In-person and virtual registration close September 15 at 11:59pm PDT.

REGISTRATION CLOSED!  Thank you to all who will be joining us in Atlanta, GA, and those who will be joining us virtually.  Stay tuned for information on future Master Classes.

Due to the pandemic, this is the first time since 2019 that we've been able to hold our epic Hh Master Class, including its much-sought-after, hands-on training* on the use of onabotulinumtoxinA to treat excessive sweating of various focal areas (including underarms, hands, head and face, groin, and under the breasts).

Our all-star cast will deliver lectures featuring the latest advances in hyperhidrosis treatment, new hot topics like Hh genetics and telemedicine, patient perspectives, special considerations for Hh in pediatrics and geriatrics, emerging innovations, and efficient insurance and reimbursement processes.

Wait, there's WAY more!

1. Three different iontophoresis devices will be available for attendees to try and discuss freely. Thank you Hidrex, RA Fischer, and Dermadry!

2. The new teams from miraDry, Inc and Qbrexza (Journey Medical Corporation) will be exhibiting as well as soaking in the camaraderie and market intel that only happens at one of our events.

3. Brickell Biotech, Inc (which has a phase 3 topical anticholinergic for axillary hyperhidrosis in development) will be in full force. Brickell will be exhibiting, providing lunch, and unveiling a video detailing their topical treatment candidate's MOA.

4. And, for the first time ever, we will host a reception to wrap up the day and thank clinicians, staff, and patient volunteers, alike.

Dr. Zakiya Pressley Rice, President of AADDS and Chair of this year's Hh Master Class says, "I am thrilled that we are making history September 18th, 2021. With the teaming of IHhS and AADDS, we will be highlighting the most up-to-date, evidence-based studies on medical and surgical treatments to our attendees. This will allow our providers to best help patients suffering from Hh sufferers safely and effectively, utilizing the most advanced techniques."

"This conference," she adds, "has been at the forefront of my mind for over 3 years, and has been in the planning stages for almost 1 year. Personally, this is a full-circle moment. Ten years ago, I was an attendee at an IHhS sponsored Hh Master Class and it was--and has been--one of the most impactful professional and personal events I have attended to date. Now, as 2021 AADDS President and a Hh Master Clinician, I know the infinite positive effect this will have on our attendees and Hh patients."

There are a few spots remaining for non-AADDS clinicians as well as for some additional patient volunteers. But we max out at 100 attendees and 18 patients, so get in touch now to reserve your place! First come, first served. Space is extremely limited.

Healthcare providers must register here. *To be an Injector-Trainee for the hands-on training portion, you must have an active Georgia medical license. For those wishing to be an Injector-Trainee who are not physicians, you must have an active Georgia medical license AND your supervising physician must be present. Advance registration is required before September 10, 2021.

HCPs please note: As you register to attend the 2021 Hyperhidrosis (Hh) Master Class, be sure to choose the "injector trainee" option if you are eligible.* Injector trainees will receive one-on-one, hands-on, supervised instruction and practice on how to best inject botulinum toxin products for the effective treatment of hyperhidrosis. Master injectors Dr. David Pariser, Dr. Dee Anna Glaser, and Dr. Zakiya Pressley Rice will be providing the training/mentorship and injections will be administered to patient volunteers with various focal Hh areas of concern. *To be eligible as an injector trainee you must be licensed to practice medicine in Georgia. Non-MD licensed injectors, may also be injector trainees if their supervising physician is present. Medical residents and fellows are welcome. Those registered as observers will be able to watch the procedures and ask questions, but we encourage you to consider injector training if you are eligible. This is a valuable opportunity to learn from the best in the field.

Hyperhidrosis patient volunteers who want to join in and receive free treatment at the class should email Christine@SweatHelp.org as soon as possible as there are not many treatment volunteer positions remaining.

Seven (7) category 1 CME credits are available for eligible healthcare provider attendees for use towards continuing education requirements.
