Underarm Sweating Research Study--Open Enrollment!

Doctors are currently seeking participants with underarm hyperhidrosis for a medical research study.

This study is testing an investigational gel that is applied directly to the underarms, similar to an antiperspirant.

Eligible participants who enroll into the study will receive the investigational drug or a placebo (inactive substance) to be applied nightly to each underarm. Participation requires visiting a local doctor’s office approximately six times over approximately six weeks.

To enroll, participants must:

• be between the ages of 9 to 65 years old
• have been experiencing excessive underarm sweating or been diagnosed with underarm hyperhidrosis for at least six months
• be otherwise healthy
• not be pregnant or breastfeeding
• (if female and able to become pregnant), use a method of birth control/contraception.

Additional criteria apply. If selected for attending a screening visit, the study doctor will review and discuss these and other eligibility criteria in greater detail.
