Breakthrough thinking, integrity, ingenuity…
These are just a few of the qualities judges from numerous third-party competitions have used to evaluate the International Hyperhidrosis Society’s Know Sweat education campaigns and our website SweatHelp.org.
Since its inception in 2003, the International Hyperhidrosis Society has worked diligently to raise awareness of excessive sweating out in the public and among healthcare professionals, industry experts, and media professionals. There is still much to be done but we’ve made great progress. The proof is in the awards we’ve won!
Of particular note, the Teen Sweat 101 workbook won a “Best in Category Grand Award" for brochures/consumer awareness as part of the Mercury Excellence Awards. In addition to winning a Mercury Grand Award, the Teen Sweat 101 workbook was also recognized with awards for excellence for its writing and design. That same year, the Mercury awards received over 930 entries from 17 countries. Other organizations winning Mercury Grand Awards included: Accenture, FedEx, the University of Pittsburgh, MasterCard Worldwide, Old Navy, Goodyear Tire & Rubber, and Unilever.
As part of the Astrid Awards the International Hyperhidrosis Society's website (SweatHelp.org) was recognized with a Gold Award for websites in the non-profit category and a Bronze Award for websites in the educational category. The Astrid Awards are international competitions honoring outstanding achievement in design communications. The year we won, Astrid Awards received over six hundred entries from 15 countries.
