What’s Your Biggest Question About miraDry? We Bet We Have the Answer…

Hyperhidrosis community members from France, Cyprus, Greece, United States, Kenya, Australia, North Korea, Denmark, Mexico, Qatar, Iraq, Ireland, New Zealand, Philippines, Nepal, United Arab Emirates, Ghana, Netherlands, and other countries all tuned-in LIVE during Hyperhidrosis Awareness Month to hear miraDry and International Hyperhidrosis Society (IHhS) experts discuss the most important (and most-asked-about) aspects of miraDry treatment for excessive underarm sweating.

Joining IHhS Executive Director, Lisa Pieretti, for this informative, open conversation was Dr. Carolyn Jacob, a Board-Certified Dermatologist, Harvard-Trained Cosmetic and Laser Surgeon, and an Associate Clinical Instructor at Northwestern’s Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Jacob has treated thousands of people with miraDry and is an expert in patients’ miraDry experiences. Sunmi Chew, miraDry’s Vice President of Clinical Education and Training, also took center stage during the program, bringing expertise in miraDry’s development and patient wellness.

Whether you have questions about how miraDry works to permanently destroy underarm sweat and odor glands (as well as hair follicles); how effective it is; how long the procedure takes; what recovery looks like; whether you’ll ever need antiperspirants or deodorants again; or what the future holds for potential miraDry use on other body areas -- this is the video to watch!

Huge thanks to everyone at miraDry who helped to make this very informative, open discussion about a key treatment option for excessive underarm sweating possible! The collaboration gets key information out there - to you - the people who want and need to know about it. And cheers to all of you who submitted your miraDry questions so we could make this video useful and real for our community.

Please watch, comment, share, and like this video so more friends in the excessive sweating sphere can discover and benefit from it.

We hope you’re finding content like this from us valuable! The International Hyperhidrosis Society is working hard to secure funding to host Ask Me Anything events about other hyperhidrosis treatments in 2022, and we’d love your input:
